The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) oversees the planning and building the Skyline rail system for the City and County of Honolulu. Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, HART establishes policies for the system’s development. Skyline is the U.S.'s first fully automated, driverless urban light metro and Hawaii's largest public infrastructure project.
